Your journey to an Alfrespa Garden Retreat begins with you. We start with a complimentary Discovery Consultation, held at your property at a time that suits you. This in-depth session allows us to understand your lifestyle, aspirations, and unique requirements.

During this visit, we’ll guide you through the possibilities of the Alfrespa experience, recommending the finest treatments and facilities tailored specifically to you.

By the end of our consultation, you’ll have a clear vision of how your Alfrespa Garden Retreat can nurture your well-being, reconnect you with nature and transform your home into a sanctuary for rest, recovery and relaxation.

CONSULTATION

Your journey to an Alfrespa Garden Retreat begins with you. We start with a complimentary Discovery Consultation, held at your property at a time that suits you. This in-depth session allows us to understand your lifestyle, aspirations, and unique requirements.

Discovery Consultation Fee: Complimentary

During this visit, we’ll guide you through the possibilities of the Alfrespa experience, recommending the finest treatments and facilities tailored specifically to you.

By the end of our consultation, you’ll have a clear vision of how your Alfrespa Garden Retreat can nurture your well-being, reconnect you with nature and transform your home into a sanctuary for rest, recovery and relaxation.

Design

CONCEPT DESIGN

Following the Discovery Consultation, we invite you to join us in bringing your bespoke Alfrespa concept to life. This phase includes:

– Site survey (1) to define your brief and explore potential design options for your retreat

– Personalised proposal, outlining our recommendations tailored to your vision

– Concept Design creation – including an overall plan and CGI visual for a clear vision of your retreat

– Provisional cost estimate – providing an outline of costs, timescales, and next steps

– Fee proposal – detailing the fee required for the Detail Design stage and contract.

DETAIL DESIGN

Once your Concept Design is approved and the Detail Design Contract (3) signed, we refine every detail to ensure a flawless final plan. This phase includes

– Material and finish selection – carefully curating premium materials and design elements

– Lighting and product specification – integrating the perfect ambiance and functionality

– Technical detailing – finalising layouts, structural elements, and installation requirements

– Bespoke craftsmanship – ensuring your retreat reflects your style with meticulous attention to detail

– Final sign-off and next steps – preparing for the Production and installation stage

Concept Design Fee: Approx. £2,000–£4,000 (2)

Detail Design Fee: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion of the Detail Design stage

(1) In the majority of cases, provided the garden is large enough, all the structures fall under permitted development. Should it require planning permission we will take
care of the application process at the beginning of the Detail Design Stage, with an estimated decision 9-12 weeks from submission.
(2) Final fee depends on project size and complexity.
(3) After the Concept Design stage is approved and Detail Design Contract signed, any design changes will be charged for accordingly.

Throughout this stage we keep you updated on progress, ensuring a smooth transition from design to completion while maintaining full transparency at every stage.

Your dream retreat is finally brought to life. Our team carefully installs each element, ensuring seamless integration into your outdoor space. From spa features to ambient lighting and water systems, every detail is handled with precision.

Once completed, we guide you through the finished space, ensuring every detail meets your vision. Our aim is to make sure you are fully satisfied and ready to enjoy the tranquillity of your custom Alfrespa Garden Retreat, recommending the finest treatments and facilities designed specifically to you.

Production & Installation: Staged payments throughout process

(4) After the Production & Installation Contract is signed, any changes will be charged for accordingly.
